We made an appointment with her to come & visit us at home which she was more than happy to do. She then took loads of information about Robbie his interest hobbies or any goals he had in life. She also asked for any input from his brothers as well then went away & started on his plan. On there 2nd visit we organised for Robbie to be there where she showed us the plan using pictures, words & symbols for him to understand as he is non verbal. This was absolutely fab for all the family. She then with our help put together a list of things we wanted to apply for Robbie along with the costs along with addresses of places we are hopping to involve him in. She made loads off suggestions along with ours & we were accepted for his ILF funding. We found here help & support invaluable & couldn't have managed without her. Maria has a daughter with additional needs & told us how hard it was for her family and she had to do it all herself. I would recommend her to anyone who needs help. As all parents & carers know how stressful this all can be.

Maria came to my home to meet my daughter Skye, she is quite a shy girl but after maria sat and spoke to her about her hopes and dreams for the future skye came out her shell and got quite excited. Maria was making charts and asking about Skye’s friends which Skye loved. Skye loves music and makes lots of YouTube videos and tick tocks ,drives us round the bend in the house. A meeting with Maria has resulted in my brother coming up in spring to build Skye a studio after Maria has applied for a mixing desk and chair through the ILF funding , she has also applied for an outfit for Skye to wear as she now, through Maria, has a chance to help out being a DJ. This has brought Skye’s confidence on so much and she's so excited for her new adventure, l would never have thought about getting her a mixing desk, so this work has helped us all as a family and gave Skye something to focus on in the future. l am very grateful.

My son and I met Maria in an environment that was best suitable for us. Maria went over and above to meet our needs. She made our meetings so friendly, relaxed, and positive and on a level that my son was able to understand. She keeps up to date contact, informing me of every step she took/takes. I don't think I would have been able to manage this process without having her knowledge and experience.
AP, Lukes Mum (school leaver)
I was very grateful for the support I received from Maria when Matthew left school. She was very knowledgeable about the supports and service that my son could access. Without her input we would not have know about this. Her services are invaluable to us as parents and to our young people in providing information on what is out there. She really gets to know and understand our children, and this is evident with the individualised plans she made for my son which showed knowledge of his likes and dislikes.

Career Coaching
Maria’s work is transformative. Her knowledge, approach, skill and the practices and processes she uses all help to bring out the best in the people she coaches. We highly recommend her work to early career autistic adults who are still struggling to find their niche.

When I finished my politics degree, I had a limited understanding of the job application process and a non-existent understanding of the world of work. Though extensive character analysis and a structured approach to job application put in place by Maria, I am now well on my way to advancing my career. Within a short period of time, I received multiple offers for interview and successfully secured a role within an organisation that I am excited to join. I am really grateful for Maria’s career coaching support during this period.

Training
I just wanted to thank you again for a really great training session and glad the IT didn’t let us down! I was delighted to see that so many people logged on and engaged with the event. I have had excellent feedback from the CEO, directors and staff who said it was particularly helpful around working with colleagues and actually some family members too. I have some great take aways from the session and will be taking that forward particularly around our recruitment and selection process.

The training was attended by over 100 employees and was well delivered and received by all areas of the business. From my own point of view, it was very thought provoking and enlightening and will help us to be more inclusive. I would like to thank Maria for supporting us on this journey.

Thank you for the session this morning, I really enjoyed it and I have spoken to few people who have said the same. There are takeaways which we will be implementing going forward.
