Neurodiversity in the Workplace Training

 

  • Working in partnership with employability organisations we have been involved in the design and delivery of over 70 training sessions to more than 40 major clients across the public and private sector, training more than  1000 employees.

Our credentials and experience

  • Over 10 years’ experience championing neurodiversity in the workplace, pioneering global training programs and supporting recruitment organizations in hiring and retaining neurodivergent talent, working with many individuals with a range of neuro-differences and disabilities.

  • Working with two Additional Support Needs schools in West Lothian, Maria supported school leavers to create Person-Centred Plans funded through the Independent Living Fund, helping them access the Transition Fund and prepare for life after school. This involved working with the school and third parties such as social work and careers advisors.

  • Coaching/mentoring individuals to help them identify their future goals

​​

  • HR professional, MCIPD, with a career spanning more than 20 years working across a broad industry base including working with a high percentage of neurodivergent individuals

Credentials and experience

Most importantly our own lived in experience of supporting close family members with neurodivergence and disabilities and our own neurodivergence provides that ‘lived in experience’ of understanding the challenges both as a young person and as a carer/family member.
