Our collective training and experience:

 

  • Over 30 years experience in developing training programmes around (employability)

  • Special Education and training needs,

  • Children panel member

  • Careers Development  Scotland as Supported Employment advisor, key work, work coach with Renfrewshire and Inverclyde (15-25 years group, working with the most marginalised, furthers way from the job market)

  • 20 + years’ experience supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives within the workplace across major corporates and high growth startup companies

  • Over 10 years’ experience championing neurodiversity in the workplace, pioneering global training programs and supporting recruitment organizations in hiring and retaining neurodivergent talent, working with many individuals with a range of neuro-differences and disabilities.

  • HR professional, MCIPD, with a career spanning more than 20 years working across a broad industry base including working with a high percentage of neurodivergent individuals

Credentials and experience

Most importantly our own lived in experience of supporting close family members with neurodivergence and disabilities and our own neurodivergence provides that ‘lived in experience’ of understanding the challenges both as a young person and as a carer/family member.

Person Centred Planning working with school leavers around the Glasgow and Lothians areas.

 

  • Working with over 10 schools, undertaking PCP for school leavers

  • Supported 154 YP over 18 months at Tx stage of leaving/left school

  • Supported 45 YP through social work referral who been care experienced (PCP not funded)

Neurodiversity in the Workplace Training

 

  • Work in partnership with employability organisations we have been involved in the design and delivery of over 70 training sessions to more than 40 major clients across the public and private sector, training about 1000 employees.
