Our collective training and experience:

 

  • Over 30 years experience in developing training programmes around (employability)

  • Supported employment and careers development adviser working with the most marginalised young adults, furthest away from the job market.

​

  • Over 10 years’ experience championing neurodiversity in the workplace, pioneering global training programs and supporting recruitment organizations in hiring and retaining neurodivergent talent, working with many individuals with a range of neuro-differences and disabilities.

​

  • HR professional, MCIPD, with a career spanning more than 20 years working across a broad industry base including working with a high percentage of neurodivergent individuals

Credentials and experience

Most importantly our own lived in experience of supporting close family members with neurodivergence and disabilities and our own neurodivergence provides that ‘lived in experience’ of understanding the challenges both as a young person and as a carer/family member.

Person Centred Planning working with school leavers around the Glasgow and Lothians areas.

 

  • Working with over 10 schools and supporting over 152 school leavers, undertaking transition planning liaising with social work, learning support teachers and career advisors

  • Supported 45 YP through social work referral who been care experienced (PCP not funded)

Neurodiversity in the Workplace Training

 

  • Working in partnership with employability organisations we have been involved in the design and delivery of over 70 training sessions to more than 40 major clients across the public and private sector, training more than  1000 employees.
